Maintain privileges associated with the Resource Manager.
Subprocedures: GRANT_SYSTEM_PRIVILEGE Perform a grant of a system privilege. REVOKE_SYSTEM_PRIVILEGE Performs a revoke of a system privilege. GRANT_SWITCH_CONSUMER_GROUP Grant the privilege to switch to resource consumer groups. REVOKE_SWITCH_CONSUMER_GROUP Revoke the privilege to switch to resource consumer groups.
