CLEANMGR Registry samples

The script below can be used to predefine a typical selection of cleanmgr options, this uses REG to pre-populate the regisitry with a group of settings. You can then run them all at once by running CLEANMGR /SAGESET

For each opton, a dword set to 0 will disable the option, while 2 will enable it.

Comment out (REM) any options in the script you don’t want to set by prefixing the line with ::

Not all of these options are supported in all editions of Windows, if on your machine there is no matching subkey under the Explorer\VolumeCaches root, then just REM out that line with ::

In the StateFlagsNNNN key the 4 digits are the settings group number, as specified with /SAGESET:n padded to 4 digits.
In this example we have used 64. The Group No. n can be any integer from 0 to 9999.
